SCS were delighted to host the 5th Annual Golf Day at Cathcart Castle. Once again, the weather was wonderful.
A special thanks to the ground staff at Cathcart Castle Golf Club, as the course, and particularly the greens were in magnificent condition.
Tony Ralston and his 3 colleagues, Stewart MacKenzie, Ian Matthews and Gerry Boylan were the winners on the day and won with 91 points.
We completed this project to convert an existing storeroom to a Changing Places bathroom as part of Abellio’s ongoing accessibility improvements. Working closely with the nominated supplier, our in-house team of tradesmen planned and completed all the work.
As this project took place in a busy, occupied environment with high levels of pedestrian traffic, we allocated one of our experienced Foremen to provide full time supervision. This allowed us to ensure that all works were completed not just on time and budget, but with minimum disruption to the running of an extremely busy transport hub.
In the 1st quarter of 2019, we were accredited with IFC status for the installation of fire doors, and the first of any company in Scotland under the scheme.
SCS Group are delighted to announce that the water well, nursery classroom and primary school, have been successfully constructed. SCS Group and both Scott McMillan and Stuart Miller are now looking forward to the completion of the secondary school.
