You will be working from our Head Office in Polmadie Glasgow. A pleasant telephone manner is required.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Duties for this role include:
- Answering the telephone and keeping an accurate log of incoming calls
- Relaying to the appropriate department or member of staff
- Answering emails
- Ordering various products from suppliers
- Preparing meeting rooms
- General admin duties
- Manage reception area and look after visitors
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Keeping all vehicle mots and road tax records up to date
Full training will be given on all aspects of office administration duties.
