SCS Electrical Ltd. have developed a reputation of delivering a quality service throughout the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Off and On Shore Gas and Oil Skid Mounted Metering Facilities, Water Treatment, Distilling & Brewing Industries, MOD Facilities all considered hazardous related fields.

We offer on site ATEX Inspections of existing and newly installed equipment and have delivered through detailed, close and visual inspection concise ATEX asset register documentation to assist our Clients maintenance requirements. This service has been delivered to the MOD in the Falkland Islands and within many other UK based facilities that have areas considered to have Hazardous Areas.

We also offer to carry out Electrical and Instrument installation and maintenance works within Hazardous Area where we can supply and install the required specified equipment to meet with the specific Hazardous Area/Zone/Gas Group requirements. As a matter of course our installations are subject to ATEX inspection prior to handover which supports our zero defects policy.

The ATEX inspections are supported with the related documentation pack which form part of the Handover Documentation on the completion of the Project. We carry out to the highest standard instrument pneumatic and small bore process pipework within E&I Projects and complete Loop and Functional checks to meet with our Clients requirements.

We offer all of our services to our clients without imposing any geographical boundaries. We pride ourselves in offering professionally trained personnel to meet the requirements of our clients whether this be COMPEX training for hazardous area environments or Confined Space training for specific situations to regular general or more specific Health and Safety training and awareness.

The majority of our staff are trained to COMPEX Ex01-Ex04, however we also have staff members trained to COMPEX Ex05 and Ex06, the selection, erection, inspection and maintenance of equipment in Explosive Dust Atmospheres.
